UNDER THE SAME SKY
SOLO EXHIBITION
21.3 - 3.4.2026
KOOLA Art Space, Pengerkatu 9, Kallio, Helsinki
under the patronage of the Italian Institute of Culture of Helsinki
Under the Same Sky was my first solo exhibition, and it was very important to me. It brought together a selection of ceramic and metal sculptures. Through a symbolic and sculptural language, the works explored the relationship between humanity and the natural world. The fragility of clay and the solidity of metal entered into dialogue, shaping forms that reflected on resilience and coexistence, as well as on imbalance and environmental exploitation.
Each sculpture resonated with the idea that ecosystems are deeply interconnected, challenging the illusion that human life exists independently from nature.
The exhibition raised a recurring question with no clear answer: why do we take from the planet in the name of necessity, overlooking that the consequences inevitably return to us?
Together, the works invited viewers to recognize a simple truth: despite our differences, we all existed under the same sky—shared, finite, unforgiving, and ultimately, the only one we had.
Under the Same Sky was presented under the patronage of the Italian Institute of Culture of Helsinki.
