If you wish to make a return, please get in touch with me by email Giovanna.incerti@gmail.com. There is 14 days return policy, which means you will have 14 days from when receiving your item to get in touch with me and send the item back.  Please note that ceramics pieces are fragile, so you need to be careful with them and the responsibility of securely packing them for shipping and he cost of sending them back will be on you. The goods should not be damaged to be eligible for return. You’ll also need the receipt or a proof of purchase.

Please note that custom products can not be returned.

Packages will be shipped internationally via DHL.

Shipping price is calculated during checkout. Shipping is free for orders above 400 euros. Delivery times are usually 5-8 days within Europe and 15-20 days for the rest of the world. Orders will be shipped from Finland.

When delivering outside EU, taxes, customs fees or import duties may be applied and you are responsible for paying these taxes, fees and duties to your local authority.
